Group to rate performance – The Press

Press Features writer John McCrone writes “A group of prominent Cantabrians is concerned enough about the way the earthquake-recovery process is going that it will “scorecard” the Government and councils on their performances.

“The Future Canterbury Network (FCN), led by former National Cabinet minister Philip Burdon and whose members include Canterbury University vice-chancellor Rod Carr, architect Sir Miles Warren, former mayor Garry Moore, Foodstuffs chief executive Steve Anderson and arts patron Lady Stewart, met on Tuesday to agree on its role as unofficial watchdog.
